Following successful trips to Canada and the US in the last five months and with a further two planned this year, PageSuite have extended their office opening hours to 9am – 10:30pm GMT. PageSuite’s previous office hours were 9am – 5:30pm GMT.
The new office hours will take effect from 2 June 2008, with the extension until 10:30pm allowing support and sales contacts to be available to North American clients until 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
Emma Millen, PageSuite’s Client Services Manager, commented “We have grown our UK base through tremendous support and sales at home, this extension until 10:30pm will provide our North American clients with the same tremendous support and sales assistance.”
The extension will also benefit domestic clients who require telephone support outside regular office hours. PageSuite will also continue to provide 24/7 email support to those who require assistance between the hours of 10.30pm and 9am.
